Do you feel that, when the holidays end, you have to “start over” in January?
What if that wasn’t the case this year? What if, when January comes, you are feeling great and ready for the New Year? And you still had a great time during the holidays!
According to Forbes Magazine, the most common New Year’s resolutions are to lose weight and improve diet. If this is you, make this year the last time by joining our Holiday Success Health Coaching program.
This program is designed to help you maintain your health goals during the holidays while still enjoying your favorite holiday foods.
Our Holiday Success Health Coaching program gives you (3) 45-minute Zoom appointments with Jill. We’ll strategically schedule these appointments 2 weeks apart to help keep you accountable and consistent.
What will we do?
We’ll review your unique holiday situation and brainstorm individualized strategies. Then Jill will provide the tools, guidance and accountability to help you stay on track while participating in the season’s festivities.
But will I be able to enjoy my holiday?
Absolutely! We’re not striving for perfection and, remember, this is NOT a cleanse. Instead, this program will help you maintain your healthy habits while enjoying the best the holiday season brings.
What if I’m traveling for the holidays?
That’s no problem as Jill will provide ideas for any travel challenges. And, since appointments are by Zoom, they can be scheduled at your convenience.
How much does it cost?
The Holiday Success Health Coaching program is $295.00.
I’m ready! When can I start?
